A parent company for brands
that intend to last.

Ecom Commercial LLC is a privately held holding company. We create consumer brands, hold them as subsidiaries, and operate them with shared infrastructure and a single standard of conduct.

Overview

Who we are

The company was established to do one thing properly: build consumer brands that people are glad they bought from, and hold them inside a structure that can support many of them at once.

Ecom Commercial LLC — also trading as Ecom Commercial Group LLC — is the parent entity. Each brand we launch is established beneath it as its own subsidiary, with its own name, product range, storefront, customer base and financial record. The group provides what a young brand cannot economically build alone: supplier relationships, creative and media capability, fulfilment partners, financial control and a compliance framework.

We are deliberately concentrated. A small number of brands, each given the attention a real company deserves, will always outperform a wide catalogue of storefronts nobody stands behind.

Corporate Structure

One parent. Independent brands.

The group holds each brand as a separate operating entity. That separation protects the brands, keeps accounting clean, and gives every partner — banking, payments, supply — a clear line of sight into who they are dealing with.

In origination

01

Held, not franchised

Brands are owned outright by the group. We do not license our name to third parties or operate storefronts on behalf of others.

02

Separate books

Every subsidiary carries its own profit and loss, its own banking and its own contribution-margin target, consolidated at group level.

03

Shared infrastructure

Sourcing, creative, media, fulfilment, finance and compliance are group functions, applied consistently across the portfolio.

Mandate

What we build,
and what we don't.

Discipline at the point of selection is what makes the rest of the operation possible. Every category is assessed against the same criteria before a subsidiary is formed.

We build in categories with

  • Durable, provable consumer demand rather than a single seasonal spike
  • Unit economics that survive scale, not only a favourable first month
  • Reliable, auditable supply with more than one qualified manufacturer
  • Product quality we would be comfortable defending to any customer
  • Room to build a genuine brand, not merely to resell a commodity

We decline categories with

  • Claims that cannot be substantiated to a regulator's standard
  • Restricted or licensed goods we are not authorised to sell
  • Intellectual property that belongs to somebody else
  • Safety, quality or after-sales exposure we cannot control
  • Economics that only work by disappointing the customer

Principles

How we operate

i

The customer is the asset

Acquisition cost is only justified if the customer is glad they bought. Product quality, delivery and support are treated as growth functions, not overheads.

ii

Margin before volume

Every brand is held to a contribution-margin floor. Revenue that does not clear it is not growth — it is expenditure with better presentation.

iii

Systems over heroics

What works is written down, tested and repeated. The measure of a function inside this group is whether it runs without the person who designed it.

iv

Compliance is cheaper than the alternative

Advertising policy, consumer law and platform terms are treated as operating requirements. Nothing is scaled that we would not be comfortable explaining.

v

Redundancy everywhere it matters

Second suppliers, alternative fulfilment routes, diversified acquisition and documented recovery paths. Single points of failure are designed out, not insured against.

Governance

Accountable by design.

A holding company earns the right to operate through the quality of its records, its relationships and its conduct in the markets it serves.

Entity & Records

Registered corporate entities, maintained filings, documented ownership and books kept per subsidiary and consolidated at the parent.

Banking & Payments

Accounts and payment processing held with regulated institutions, with transparent settlement, reconciliation and dispute handling.

Consumer Commitments

Clear delivery timelines, published returns and refund policies, honoured warranties and a support channel that responds within stated hours.

Data Protection

Customer data collected for defined purposes, stored with established processors, and handled under the privacy law applicable in each market.

Financial Control

Brand-level P&L review, cash-flow forecasting, supplier payment terms honoured, and expenditure authorised against a defined mandate.

Supplier Conduct

Manufacturing partners assessed on quality systems, capacity and conduct, with sampling and inspection before a product reaches a customer.
