Privacy Policy
How we handle personal information submitted through this corporate website.
Last updated: 16 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ecom Commercial LLC, also trading as Ecom Commercial Group LLC (“Ecom Commercial”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information provided through ecomcommercial.com (the “Site”).
This Site is a corporate information website. It does not sell products and does not process payments. Purchases are made on the individual websites of our subsidiary brands, each of which publishes its own privacy notice covering customer data.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to respond to enquiries and to keep the Site secure and functional:
- Information you give us. Your name, company, email address, the nature of your enquiry and the content of your message when you use our contact form or email us.
- Technical information. Standard server and log data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and we do not collect information from children.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it
- To evaluate supplier, partner, vendor and employment proposals
- To meet legal, accounting, tax and regulatory obligations
- To maintain the security, availability and integrity of the Site
We do not sell personal information. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Legal bases
Where the laws of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom apply to our processing, we rely on: your consent where you voluntarily submit an enquiry; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and developing our business; and compliance with legal obligations where the law requires us to retain or disclose information.
4. Cookies and analytics
This Site is built as a static website and does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as a technical requirement of delivering those files. If analytics or additional third-party services are added in future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
5. Service providers
We use a small number of processors to run the Site and our correspondence — including our web hosting provider, our email provider, and (where enabled) a form-delivery service. These providers act on our instructions and are permitted to use your information only to provide the service to us.
6. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to keep an accurate business record — ordinarily no longer than 24 months from our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax or contractual reasons.
7. Security
The Site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to correspondence is restricted to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send confidential financial details, credentials or identification documents through the contact form.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy in a portable format. California residents may additionally request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and may opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You will not be treated differently for exercising a privacy right.
9. International transfers
We operate internationally and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.
10. Subsidiary brands
Each brand operated by the group publishes its own privacy notice governing customer accounts, orders, payments and marketing. This policy does not cover those websites.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change accordingly.
